New Housing Development on Hazeley Road

Public Consultation “Drop In” Session

Wednesday 26th July 2023 – 4.00pm until 7.00pm at Twyford Parish Hall

The Parish Council has arranged a drop in event at which developer Alfred Homes will have on display plans they have submitted to South Downs National Park Authority for the construction of twenty houses, of which ten will be affordable, to be built on the field next to the surgery.

The plans are supported by the Parish Council and are closely based on the draft layout in the Neighbourhood Plan that was voted at a referendum and adopted by the parish in 2022.

Included with the housing will be an open space for children to play and an area for a public car park with up to forty spaces to be developed by the Parish Council.

We look forward to seeing you on the 26th July.

The application’s full details can be found on the South Downs National Park’ website:  www.southdowns.gov.uk/planning using application reference SDNP/23/02340/FUL
